The burglary was committed on premises belonging to a Life Insurance Company. In the opinion of 12 judges, the house was no less Bunyan's premises although he lived there rent free. The judges were unanimous in their opinion that the house was properly described in the indictment, therefore the prisoner must be brought up for judgement
